My ancestors were mountainside farmers in Switzerland who eventually emigrated to the United States. There’s just something in my blood that draws me to rural America and the hardworking folks who make up the breadbasket of our country providing sustenance for our masses. I especially appreciate those farms and restaurants who engage in environmentally sustainable practices and from a lifestyle standpoint we do everything we can to support them.
